Harri Jones, Australian Formula 3 champion

I more or less bumped into Harri the weekend before the final round of the Australian Formula 3 championship whilst on another shoot at The Bend. Given the final round was the following weekend, there were a number of teams out at practice and I was lucky enough to be next to his pits.

The following weekend, I spent it with his team throughout a final practice and 3 races which culminated in the image above. The final lap of the final race had Harri a few car lengths ahead to seal the points championship and cap off a great year for the talented youngster, who now races in a Porsche GT3 on the national circuit.
